How to Order

Order Genuine Sparkles Handmade Jewellery with a simple email!

1. You can either click on the "Buy" button or compose an email from your email client (eg. MS Outlook, Outlook Express, etc or any webmail), and send to sales@genuinesparkles.com.
    
2. Include the following details:
   - Your name and shipping address
   - Your contact number (for Singapore orders)
   - The item number (numbers if more than one) of the accessory you would like to buy
   - Your preferred mode of payment and delivery
    
3. You will receive a confirmation email stating the total payment and delivery details.

Prices are stated in Singapore dollars (SG$) and US dollars (US$). Prices in US$ are subject to change and final payment in US$ will depend on current exchange rates.

Payment  (Pick your preferred mode of payment.)

Singapore orders:
1. Inter-Bank fund transfer (POSB or UOB)
    - You may transfer funds through internet or via ATM machines, or make payment through Cash Deposit Machines.

2. Crossed Cheque
    - Orders will only be shipped once cheque has cleared.

3. Cash
   - Only for self-collection buyers

4. Paypal* accepts all major credit cards.

International orders:
1. PayPal* is currently my authorised payment processor for international orders.

 *PayPal accepts all major credit cards. If you have a PayPal account, you can also make payments through your PayPal account. Please note that I am only accepting payments through PayPal in USD.

IMPORTANT!
Once purchase is shipped or self-collected, no returns or exchanges will be accepted. There will be exceptions to exchanges only if the purchase is damaged during shipment.
