How to Order

Order from Genuine Sparkles with a simple email!

1. Send an email to sales@genuinesparkles.com with  the following details:
    - The item number/s you would like to purchase
    - Your preferred mode of payment and delivery
    - Your name and shipping address/self-collection point
    - Your contact number

2. You will receive a confirmation email stating the total payment and delivery details.

Payment Methods

For Singapore orders:

1. Inter-Bank fund transfer (POSB or UOB)
    - You may transfer funds through internet or via ATM machines, or make payment through Cash Deposit Machines.

2. Cash
   - Only for self-collection buyers

3. Paypal* accepts all major credit cards.

For International orders:

1. PayPal* is currently my authorised payment processor for international orders.

 *PayPal accepts all major credit cards. If you have a PayPal account, you can also make payments through your PayPal account.

Delivery/Shipping Costs: Please see Shipping.

Important to note

Once payment is made, purchase is shipped or collected, no returns or exchanges will be accepted. There will be exceptions to exchanges only if the purchase is damaged during shipment. (Based on case-to-case basis.) Any defects have to be made known during self-collection.
