For purchases to be delivered
by shipping handler/Singpost:

If normal mail instead
of Registered mail is chosen, Genuine Sparkles will not be responsible
for any loss during mail delivery.

Payment must be made
before each order is shipped out. Each order is not
confirmed & items are not reserved until payment is received. You are allowed to
cancel/change your order before payment is made.

Once payment is received,
there will be no refunds should you change your mind.

Once purchase is shipped,
no returns or exchanges will be accepted. There will be exceptions to
exchanges only if the purchase is damaged during shipment. (Based on
case-to-case basis)

All prices are stated in
Singapore dollars (S$).
For purchases to be
self-collected:
-
Payment may be paid by
cash upon collection or by bank fund transfer to reserve items. Each order is
confirmed after confirmation email is sent out & items are
reserved up to to 1 week after confirmation.

A deposit of at least
50% of total order must be paid by bank funds transfer for all
custom-made orders upon confirmation.

You are not allowed to change your order after confirmation.

Once payment &
self-collection is made, no returns or exchanges will be
accepted. Any defects have to be made known during self-collection.
